痴呆评估

60岁人群的痴呆发病率约为1%，年龄每增加5年发病率提高一倍，85岁人群的痴呆发病率为30%~50%。

许多状况的表现形式与痴呆综合征类似，所以在评估中需要考虑这些状况。这些状况包括谵妄、抑郁、遗忘综合征、失语症和正常老化。
