定义
鼻息肉 (Nasal polyps, NP) 是指鼻窦黏膜受到刺激而形成的肿胀，是慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的一种类型。鼻息肉由疏松结缔组织、水肿、炎症细胞（主要为嗜酸性粒细胞）、腺细胞和毛细血管等多种成分构成。鼻息肉的表面覆盖不同类型的上皮，大部分是含有纤毛细胞和杯状细胞的呼吸道假复层上皮。鼻息肉常见症状包括鼻塞、鼻溢、鼻后滴漏以及嗅觉减退等。[1]
