定义
咽鼓管功能障碍 (eustachian tube dysfunction, ETD) 是咽鼓管不能正常调节中耳压力和/或有效地从中耳排出分泌物。偶尔，功能障碍可能导致鼻咽分泌物反流至中耳。这些功能异常可能是由于各种病理生理变化在一定程度上阻碍了咽鼓管的正常开放和关闭所致。
