罗托综合征

以结合型高胆红素血症为主要特征的常染色体隐性遗传病。

患者通常无症状，而黄疸可能是偶然的发现。

超过 50% 的血清胆红素为结合型，且通常存在胆红素尿。

其症状与 Dubin-Johnson 综合征相似，但肝脏在组织学上正常。

一种良性疾病，预期寿命正常，且无需特殊治疗。
