Barrett 食管

Barrett 食管描述活检时食管鳞状上皮发生肠上皮化生的一种改变。

临床表现可无症状，好发于既往有慢性胃食管反流病 (gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, GORD) 的白人中年男性。其他危险因素包括烟草使用和肥胖。

癌症风险由异型增生程度决定。

内镜筛查和监测方案具有许多缺点。不建议对普通人群进行筛查，监测时间间隔根据组织学结果而异。

质子泵抑制剂 (proton-pump inhibitor, PPI) 通常用于控制 GORD 症状，并可能降低 Barrett 食管肿瘤的风险。

内镜治疗在 Barrett 食管异型增生和早期食管腺癌的管理中发挥着重要作用。
