定义
毛细胞白血病 (hairy cell leukaemia, HCL) 是一种少见的惰性成熟 B 细胞肿瘤。1958 年，其作为独立的临床疾病首次被报道。[1] 在显微镜下观察，这些细胞拥有细小的细胞质凸起，类似于毛发，而这正是该疾病被命名为毛细胞白血病的原因。该疾病的特征性表现为全血细胞减少、脾肿大，以及血液、骨髓和其他造血器官中可见毛细胞。[2]
