Wilson 病（肝豆状核变性）

一种常染色体隐性遗传病，是由参与胆汁排泄多余的铜的一种酶的缺乏所导致的铜过度蓄积与铜中毒。

患病率多至 1/40,000。

常被漏诊；10~40 岁的有肝炎、肝硬化、肝功能失代偿，以及有提示运动或精神异常症状的患者应考虑该病。

筛查与诊断试验：24 小时尿铜测量、眼科裂隙灯检查 Kayser-Fleischer (KF) 环、血铜蓝蛋白水平，以及定量检测铜的肝活检。

不同于其他许多遗传病，该病可治疗。 使用曲恩汀和锌联合治疗肝脏症状（严重肝功能衰竭时也可考虑肝移植）。 使用锌治疗神经症状。

维持和症状前治疗：锌。 假如锌不耐受，曲恩汀则是最佳的维持治疗选择。
