定义
内侧和外侧半月板位于股骨和胫骨之间，可起到缓冲及均匀分散纵向压力的作用。因此，半月板会因为外伤或退化性磨损（如膝关节炎）而撕裂，从而损害整个膝关节的受力分布。半月板撕裂主要发生在垂直和水平两个平面上。撕裂会造成膝盖疼痛、肿胀、活动受限以及膝关节交锁。撕裂可能会导致退化性关节变化（如果尚未呈现）。
