腹主动脉瘤

患者通常无症状，且腹主动脉瘤是偶然发现的。在出现症状的少数患者中，腹部、背部和腹股沟疼痛是典型表现。

超声仍是用于初步诊断和筛查的确定性检查。使用 CT 血管成像或磁共振血管造影术进行影像学检查，了解解剖学分布，帮助制定手术计划。

对于偶然所见的无症状 AAA，（相对于修复术）应优先选择对患者进行监测，除非理论上破裂风险超过估计的手术死亡风险。修复术适用于无症状的大型 AAA 患者。

择期修复术期间女性的死亡率高于男性，开放修复术 (7.0% vs. 5.2%) 和血管内动脉瘤修复术 (endovascular aneurysm repair, EVAR) (2.1% vs. 1.3%) 都是如此。

治疗的并发症包括急性肾损伤、肢体缺血、脊髓缺血、吻合口假性动脉瘤、移植物感染、移植肢体闭塞以及远端栓塞。内漏是 EVAR 的一个并发症。

腹主动脉瘤 (abdominal aortic aneurysm, AAA) 是主动脉的永久性病理扩张，由于患者性别和身材存在差异，主动脉直径大于该节段正常前后 (anteroposterior, AP) 径的 1.5 倍。[1]Dehlin JM, Upchurch GR. Management of abdominal aortic aneurysms.
