Barrett 食管节段被没有肠化的胃型上皮以杯状细胞的形式取代（放大 100 倍）。(A) 使用阿辛蓝-过碘酸希夫进行黏蛋白染色显示中性品红色（胃上皮型黏蛋白）；(B) 苏木素和伊红染色发现 Barrett 食管部分的内壁被胃型上皮覆盖，且没有肠上皮化生，但有高度异型增生的特点
