定义
心房纤颤（简称“房颤”(AF)）是室上性快速性心律失常。 在体表心电图上心房颤动以心房活动不协调为特点，表现为形态振幅间期多变的颤动样波。如房室传导功能正常，则心室活动表现为间期绝对不齐。
