定义
在人类，鼠疫耶尔森菌能引起鼠疫，小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌能引起耶尔森菌病。假结核耶尔森菌感染并不常见，但是却能造成与耶尔森菌病相似的症状。鼠疫耶尔森菌杆菌主要通过被感染的跳蚤叮咬人类传播。腺鼠疫的特征是突发全身症状，例如发热、淋巴结肿痛（腹股沟淋巴结炎）
