定义
梅毒是由螺旋体杆菌、梅毒螺旋体、亚种螺旋体引起的一种性传播感染。仅见于人类宿主。获得性感染通过个体与早期梅毒患者的直接性接触途径传播。母婴垂直传播导致先天性感染。大多数通过性途径传播的梅毒源于一期和二期梅毒的生殖器和黏膜病变处。梅毒经常被描述为“大模仿家”，因为它的许多症状和体征与其他疾病难以区分。[1]
