成人血容量不足

血容量不足的特征为：当机体丢失的盐和液体量持续超过摄取量时，细胞外液容量减少。

最常见的病因为出血、呕吐、腹泻、多尿和第三间隙积液。

详细的病史和体格检查对确定病因很关键。

体征和症状可能包括：体位性眩晕、疲乏、意识模糊、肌肉痉挛、胸痛、腹痛、体位性低血压和心动过速。

临床症状通常在大量的液体丢失后出现。

如果没有得到恰当的评估和及时的复苏，血容量不足可以引起循环衰竭和休克。

可能伴有电解质紊乱或酸碱失衡。

在多数情况下，输注等渗盐水是血容量不足的最佳初始疗法。
